University of Cambridge Hiring for HR Co-ordinator Job at Cambridge, East of England, England Full Time

Applications are invited for the post of HR Coordinator at Cambridge University Libraries. The Cambridge University Libraries workforce comprises approximately 450 members of staff and volunteers who are spread over more than 30 sites and this role will be a integral part of the team in a busy HR department.

Reporting to the HR Adviser, the HR Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the Recruitment and Administrative processes of the Libraries HR Service. As the first point of contact for all HR related queries, they will need to provide professional and timely advice to staff and managers on a range of HR processes and procedures. Leading the delivery of the day to day HR functions, they will be responsible for the line management of the HR Administrator and two Recruitment Administrators.

The role holder will need to manage their own and team workload, working to multiple deadlines, and recognising when to escalate to the HR Adviser or Central HR Teams for advice.

This role will be integral in enabling the HR Adviser and HR Business Partner to focus on more strategic areas of work.
