Working with the HR Administration Manager (and Deputy), this role develops and implements the documented procedures of the team and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.
Applicants should be educated to A level or have equivalent practical experience. A broad experience as an administrator is essential within a service orientated environment. You should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload as required. Experience using Microsoft Office is essential, as well as being able to show attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
We have two vacant posts in the team so will seek to appoint two suitable candidates following interview.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 15 June 2024 in the first instance.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check and a security check.
