Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader. The first opportunity focuses on recruitment operations from job posting through job offer across all functions and levels of the organization.
The role to the Associate Director and will manage a team of recruitment professionals. The leader will motivate and lead a high performing team of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to acquire high caliber talent at all levels in alignment with organizational needs by effectively utilizing tools to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates.
You will shape, connect, and lead resources to deliver on key projects, metrics, and achieve service level agreements.
Finally, you will drive organizational dedication and accountability to deliver operational excellence, business focus and overall development of our people.
Our ideal candidate naturally engages with others and has a proven track record of managing successful projects and driving process improvement.
You will maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
