Position Information
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Outreach, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will use professional employment / staffing techniques and concepts, in support of Human Resources’ strategic objective to deliver progressive human resources programs to attract diverse and highly competent applicants.
The incumbent will screen and present candidates, respond to candidate inquiries and schedule candidate interviews. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support diversity initiatives by assisting with job fair preparation and in the preparation of marketing and advertising materials.
The salary range for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is $49,800 – $84,200 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $62,000 annually.
We base placement within these ranges on the individual’s qualifications as they relate to this position.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
As a university employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and / or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
