The role

Student Services provides a single first point-of-contact for student enquiries, enabling students to find the right answer to straightforward questions quickly and to access more in-depth help if they need it.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a new part-time adviser to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same, and will involve close working with our partner services, including Student Wellbeing Services.

You should apply if

We are looking for someone who is energetic and adaptable with great people skills. You will already have experience of a customer-facing role and be committed to supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds.

Working hours are 4pm – 8pm, Monday – Fridays. 20 hours per week.
