HR Business Partner working across the Faculty of Health Sciences advising managers at all levels on operational aspects of HR Management and contribute to the development of corporate HR policy in order to achieve the aims of the HR Strategy and University Plan.
What will you be doing?
This role will partner with departments and Bristol Medical School and will also support the Head of HR Business Partnering with supporting Clinical Academic staff, workforce planning, analysing and interpreting HR MI data, organisational reviews, and taking on some responsibility for aspects of academic procedures at School and/or Faculty level.
You should apply if
You will be CIPD qualified and have a good working knowledge of the NHS terms and conditions and salary scales. An experienced HR professional used to balancing a busy workload, including employee relations and case management experience, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in your approach as well as building good working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation.
