University of Bristol Hiring for Faculty Process Improvement and Implementation Officer Job at Bristol, England Full Time

The role

We are seeking to recruit a number of Faculty Process Improvement and Implementation Officers to support continuous improvement initiatives in education administration at the University of Bristol, working under the direction of the relevant Faculty Education Manager.

What will you be doing?

The role holder will be responsible for a programme of change activity whilst at the same time providing support to the delivery of core business as usual activities. They will champion the continuous improvement of education administration processes, playing a lead role in facilitating process change and system development. They will ensure appropriate implementation of University and Faculty policy in education and related processes and interpret these policies to provide advice and expertise. They will deputise for the Faculty Education Manager as necessary and attend Faculty and University meetings as required.

You should apply if

Applicants should have significant experience of education administration and management in Higher Education and be familiar with current process change and project management methodologies. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to plan and manage the workload of others are essential, as are data analysis and IT skills.
