Help us take the next steps on our talent management journey…
Are you passionate about recruiting and retaining the best talent to improve the life chances of our pupils? Are you an experienced HR professional with a successful track record in the development and implementation of talent management initiatives?
The support we offer staff to maintain their wellbeing is excellent and we want to match this with how we support professional development and career progression, to ensure we can recruit and retain the very best people.
As our Talent Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to establish this crucial new role, supported by your small team. Our successful candidate will know exactly what best practice in talent management looks like, having had significant experience of working in an organisation development or learning and development role. This role will initially be based at home but will ‘hybrid’ and based at the Trust’s Brighton office (normally 1 day per week) once COVID measures are relaxed.
