An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Student Experience and Success Team for a specialist Student Success Officer to design and deliver a range of projects and initiatives which promote student success across the stages of the student journey. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a busy team and will be expected to exercise strong interpersonal and communication skills, building effective relationships with a wide range of staff and students.
Experience of delivering activity on a group and a one-to-one basis to support academic progression or wider student success is essential, as is understanding of student success and its importance in Higher Education. Previous experience of supporting student transition specifically would be a strong advantage.
