The SU, Bath is looking to appoint a Student Voice Co-ordinator (Academic Representation) to join our Student Voice Team. Working with the Education Manager, this role is all about engaging with our academic rep community, to positively shape the educational experience for students across the University of Bath.
You will join a small team of student engagement specialists, formed to support our student representatives through fun and engaging methods. Working directly with our academic representatives, this role offers the opportunity for someone to come into the organisation and shape the way we do academic representation.
In the Student Voice Team we believe students can and want to change their community for the better, and our role as staff members in The SU is to provide the insight, encouragement and support to help them do just that.
We’re all about engaging students to really understand their experiences, and work with partners across the University and further afield to look at how we can make the University of Bath an exceptional place to study and live.
Focussing on recruitment, training and events, this role will give you the opportunity to develop skills to broaden your knowledge of working with volunteers in a higher education setting. Alongside more traditional forms of academic representation, you will be comfortable with analysing data from across a breadth of digital platforms and using that to inform colleagues and students from across the university.
Working directly with student representatives and student leaders, we help them represent the views of their peers and identify new and creative enhancements to the educational experience.
