We are seeking to appoint a Finance Co-ordinator to provide professional project finance support to the Institute of Coding (IoC).
You will have responsibility for co-ordinating the project finances across all IoC projects, working with consortium partners and preparing management information and reports for our Boards and funders, including the Department for Education. You will have a keen eye for detail and consistently maintain a high level of accuracy across all areas of your work.
You will act as the primary point of contact for financial matters and be a source of advice to the team on financial monitoring, planning, budgeting, forecasting and other financial reporting.
You will work closely with colleagues within the IoC, and across the University of Bath, including the Faculty and University Finance Offices. This role is part of a small, agile and dynamic operational programme team and although the primary duties are financial in nature, the impact of the role spans across the programme, therefore a cross-disciplinary approach and excellent communication skills are critical.

The team are currently working flexibly in response to Covid restrictions, and we welcome applications from candidates who would like to discuss flexible working options.
For an informal discussion about the role please contact Caron Staley, Head of Operations ([email protected]), however, please submit your application via the University website.
