The provision of information and ER data via reports and spreadsheets will be a regular responsibility & so you must also have experience & skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.
It is essential that you have a L5 Diploma in HR Management or an equivalent relevant qualification or experience. In addition, it is desirable that you are working towards achievement of full CIPD membership. You will provide guidance & support to first line managers on employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievances, management of change, capability, flexible working applications & banding appeals. It is therefore essential that you have a minimum of 12 months experience within HR in a large complex service organisation & the ability to establish rapport & credibility with line managers.
You will be dealing with a wide range of complex & sensitive issues to enable Managers to make appropriate decisions & take appropriate future action, therefore effective interpersonal, written & oral communication skills & an ability to provide a proactive client centred service are essential.
