To work as part of the HR Employment Relations Team, providing a first point of contact Administrative Support Service to Trust managers through the development of communications, toolkits and the intranet / internet,, ensuring that the HR operational function delivers a customer focused, responsive and quality service. This will include the communication of sensitive and confidential information to / between parties.
Provide general administrative support for the corporate Employee Relations service including filing, photocopying, collation of information, maintaining files and tracker / monitoring documents, mail merge and distribution, preparation of training materials, organising room bookings for meetings, diary management and any other appropriate duties.
The postholder will be supervised by the HR Support Officer working within Trust policies, procedures and guidelines in order to follow best practice. The post holder is expected to use their initiative and work independently within these guidelines however matters can be referred when required. Escalate issues as appropriate.
