About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Education Manager who will lead the administration and operational management to support the smooth running and effective provision of high-quality education and student experience within GBSH. This is an exciting new role to develop the teaching and learning delivery and support, across the new GBSH postgraduate programmes. Working closely with senior managers and academics, you will contribute to strategic planning, innovation, and consistent application of good practice across education portfolio. You will be part of a growing team and directly line manage two Education Co-ordinators, covering all student support from enquiry to completion.

About you

You will have a proven track record in leading administration and/or strategic management, preferably within a business school or higher education environment. You will have strong project management skills with ability to prioritise competing workloads and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced work environment.
