We’re looking for a sales rep who is passionate about Universal Studios Hollywood to join our Youth Sales team. We sell various ticket products to schools/organizations K-12 and to college students. As Youth Programs Sales Rep, you will focus on selling ticket products within your assigned territory, while also supporting sales efforts in the broader Youth channel. This can involve everything from boots-on-the-ground selling, maintaining strong client relationships, and coaching direct (s), to assisting with the execution of Youth programs. You will also partner closely with Operations, Event Production, and other internal teams.

General Responsibilities:

• Actively sell Youth, Grad Bash, and College tickets within assigned territory
• Conduct outside sales calls to schools, colleges, and clients
• Develop and maintain key accounts and foster new relationships to exceed revenue goals
• Attend vendor fairs, conferences, and trade shows
• Increase product awareness within the marketplace by leading familiarization tours
• Execute phone and email campaigns to promote Youth programs and generate leads
• Network within industry organizations to develop strong relationships and obtain sales leads
• Remain up to date on market conditions, and maintain awareness of competition
• Identify new opportunities to drive ticket sales
• Consistently seek new ways to grow and support the business
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field
• Strong public-speaking skills, as this role will present at school assemblies
• Effective customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Willingness to spend time in the field visiting schools for sale calls and on-campus events
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to schools and organizations within Southern California

Desired Characteristics:

• Sales experience, ideally within the K-12 or college space
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize goals and responsibilities
• Team player, willing to jump in to assist teammates when needed
• Ability to work with others and collaborate across the organization
• High energy level and passion for the brand
• Salesforce (CRM database) knowledge is desirable

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
