We are looking for a candidate with experience in web / digital marketing someone who can follow brand guidelines and prioritize performance.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of digital design software and set up of assets for campaigns and on sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and design all digital creative assets across digital channels including site updates, emails, banner ads, etc. based on direction from digital marketing and merchandising.
• QA test emails including auditing tracking codes, testing technical functionalities, and ensuring design elements / layout across devices.
• Understand email performance metrics and how it applies to creative to improve click through rate laser focused on performance.
• Set up and schedule emails in email service provider platform.
• Awareness of the important role that design plays in driving sales as well as the development and growth of the brand personality.
• Oversee the completion of all digital creative assets delivered in a timely fashion.
• Monitor campaign performance to optimize revenue.
• Participate with merchandising, digital marketing team and creative services team to continue and enhance process development for the creative presentation of the brand.
• Bachelor’s Degree (in design field a must)
• 3-5 years relevant experience in catalog desktop, art direction and design
• Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of company management, personnel and outside vendors.
• Proficient in standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision, etc.
• Photo and video editing expertise.
• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices, accessibility, and web production techniques.
• Proven digital content skills.
• Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative : a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and / or familiarity with web navigation and site dynamics
