JOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team to include scheduling candidate interviews, arranging candidate travel, relocation administration and new hire paperwork. Responsible for assuring that systems and databases as related to Talent Acquisition functions and processes are maintained and utilized effectively and efficiently. Responsible for maintaining, updating, analyzing and reporting assigned data in an accurate and timely manner as needed. Mine and source candidates using various digital systems and boutique sites.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required. Associate degree (AA) is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, HR, Communication preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 1+ year administrative support and/or HR experience is required. 1+ year administrative and computer experience in a high-volume business environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
