We’re a construction company specializing in building rainscreen systems.

We’re currently looking for two positions:

General Labour

The chosen candidates will be trained and developed in the following skills:
installing brackets and angle iron, installing sheet metal, installing seismic ties, installing peel and stick membrane, installing insulation, installing scaffold, operating forklifts

– No experience necessary
– Any relevant construction experience is a plus.
– Will be working off heights. This means ladders up to 12′, scaffolding and aerial lifts. We will supply all safety equipment, machinery, training and certification.
– You will be using hand tools and power tools.
– Able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, 66lb much less frequently.

Pay starts at $22 dollars an hour, and will be increased when the candidate learns a new skill and can display he can work on his own and keep pace with quality and production.

Skilled Labour

We’re also looking for a candidate that does has as much of the above mentioned skill set.

You will ALSO be using levels, lasers and other layout tools to install this system accurately as well as do minor layout. You will be required to have a good understanding of general construction practices, safety practices, and have experience with hand and power tools.
You will be required to be able to lift up to 66 pounds.
Will be required to use a gas axe / quicky saw.
Will be required to work off ladders, scaffold and aerial lifts.

Pay is $24-30/hour depending on experience and fit.

Applicants that have experience in masonry and siding will have an advantage.

General employee requirements

– All applicants need to have their own vehicle/transportation to work. Reliably, every single workday.
– No intoxicated employees on site.
– After training is done on a skill, employees are expected work alone. None of those skills require a helper. You won’t be the only employee on a jobsite, but you will work alone.
– There are some exceptions where a helper is needed and we will make sure you have one.
– You will be expected to show up to work with a clear head and be motivated to learn and produce.
– We have a big emphasis on production. You will be given a reasonable daily quota and will be expected to meet it.
– We will supply and furnish all safety training and equipment to the chosen candidate.

– We have fulltime hours, with tons overtime available.
– A company vehicle may be provided to the right candidate.

We’re looking for a great few candidates with a good attitude.

Basic english is needed, Español is welcome.
