Job Description: Universal Capacity Solutions is looking for a person-focused individual to join our team in the role of Logistics Outside Sales Representative. You will partner with a fast paced lineup of professionals who build each other up and care about the individuals they serve while being supported by a strong company culture. In this position you will be responsible for bringing in new opportunities. This will require timely response to all forms of communication and proactively setting up virtual visits on a regular basis.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities for this position will include maintaining a healthy pipeline of new prospects and contracting new customers to grow the business. You will virtual meetings with customers and prospects, to leadership weekly on their status, and hold operations accountable to customer KPIs. To do this you will be required to analyze customer data and detect opportunities for growth. You will also develop action plans by monitoring trends, and working with internal and external customers to find service solutions that best fit the customers’ needs. Finally, you will have the opportunity to manage pricing opportunities in order to land new business.
