Universal Biosensors Hiring for CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist at Rowville, Victoria, Australia Full Time

Universal Biosensors (UBI) is a world leading ASX-listed Australian company (ASX:UBI) which develops, manufactures and sells biosensors for use in several industries around the world. Our biosensor technology has been used in more than 10 billion measurements for blood glucose monitoring and blood coagulation in diabetes and coagulation patients worldwide. Recently, we have pivoted our technology into the wine industry with our global launch of SENTIA™ in early 2021 and veterinary industry with PETRACKR in 2023. In addition, we continue to develop new applications for our technology within human health, food and agriculture.

What you will do

UBI is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our sales & marketing (S&M) team at the Corporate HQ in Rowville (Victoria) as the CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist..

This role will be responsible for implementing, optimizing and managing the online presence for UBI and its products, including social media platforms as well as the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives.

This position works in unison with other members of the S&M team to drive the CRM system to deliver maximum value for the business. You’ll work to significantly enhance the profile and quality of the various online assets and direct marketing initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive candidate who is tertiary-qualified in Business/Marketing/Digital Media (or related) field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

The role will perform (but not limited to) the following activities:

• Implement and optimize sales processes across the business within HubSpot
• Document process and procedures and training modules to drive adopting and usage of the system across the business
• Generate data and develop dashboards and s as required to measure KPIs, customer service, sales and marketing activities, and business objectives
• Coordinate the development, design, and implementation of digital marketing initaitives
• Deliver monthly s across all paid, organic, earned media and social network activities; following specific KPIs to track and enhance digital presence
• Manage website content and SEO programs; measure the success of campaigns and introduce new initiatives and ideas to drive traffic to the Company’s digital platforms, i.e. FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, etc
• Collaborate with agency partners to create innovative, relevant and engaging content that can be used across marketing platforms, including social media posts, images, videos, email content and eDMs

You are a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – bringing knowledge and skills such as:-

• Proven track record in a digital marketing role, esp. around social media campaigns
• Thorough working knowledge in creating workflow/campaign automation using CRM, Adobe or similar graphic design tool
• Demonstrated experience with numerous marketing tools including Adobe creative Suite, Google Ads and analytics, WordPress, marketing automation and CRM integration
• Strong working knowledge of SEO principles, i.e. able to supply link-building tactics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with HubSpot as a CRM tool will be a bonus!
