E-commerce Specialist

Duties:
– Manage and optimize online product listings across various e-commerce platforms
– Monitor and analyze sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
– Ensure accurate inventory management and fulfillment processes
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
– Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in e-commerce

Experience:
– Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales
– Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques
– Proficient in using e-commerce software and tools, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
– Familiarity with SEO principles and practices to optimize product listings
– Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for decision-making
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
