The Logistics Coordinator position is a critical supply chain role that supports the transportation headquarter activities.

This position will provide support for maintaining SAP freight rates, data entry, assisting with project management, and completing data analysis and visualization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Assist with maintaining SAP freight agreement rates and carrier allocations

Assist with SAP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Logistics Business Network (LBN) onboarding

Complete data entry responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner

Help gather data from multiple sources and prepare s or analyses

Assist with data visualization

Participate or lead transportation related projects

Provides administrative and operational support for the transportation headquarters team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

2-3 years of experience in logistics

High School diploma required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Transportation Management System

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle diverse and significant workload requirements

Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels within the organization.

Attention to detail

Strong data analysis skills

Strong troubleshooting abilities

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel

Working knowledge of Tableau, preferred

Alteryx analytics tool experience, preferred

This role is hybrid position – 3 days from the office, 2 from home
