Right now, we have multiple exciting opportunities to join our outbound calling team starting in July 2023.

This role sees you making outbound calls on behalf of our commercial client who specialise in personal insurance products where you’ll be qualifying contacts and turning them into hot leads. You’ll be transferring contacts, who are interested in hearing more about our client’s product, to their inhouse contact centre (to a live operator) to follow through with the sales process

What you need:

· To be based in Ontaria

· Confidence to make outbound phone calls and objection handle where necessary

· Ability to follow a set script and maintain compliance on your conversations

· Appointment setting skills to follow up on interested contacts

· Motivation to succeed and meet sales targets

· Mature approach to work and commitment to rostered hours

· Clear communication skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner

· A dedicated home office space away from distractions

· A reliable internet connection

· Headset with microphone

· Windows PC with Windows 10 or above

Working Times:

We are looking for a range of shift coverage between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

Training:

Successful applicants will be provided with paid training for this role using our advanced software system in the comfort of your own home. You’ll need to make yourself available for the training dates and times.
