With our continued growth Unity is seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to join our Team as a full time Pricing/Order Desk Administrator. If you are self motivated, like to learn new things, and possess a sense of urgency, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer quotations/proposals in ERP system accurately and timely

based on the information received from Sales Team;

• Experience in managing high volume of requests and providing

administrative support;

• Administer the quoting process to support the Sales Team;
• Establish a timeline with Sales/Project Management for submitting/creating

POs to vendors;

• Follow up delivery status of purchase orders with vendors and advise Project

Managers accordingly;

• Coordinate with vendor and customer with porting of services;
• Update and maintain assigned vendor costs timely in ERP system;
• Assist with pricing inquiries from internal Team members;
• Support all team members and demonstrate a high sense of urgency while

building team rapport;

• Monitor inventory (stock) levels and find sale opportunities with ongoing

deals;

• After hours may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
