As a Remote Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in their efforts to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve targets.

• Demonstrating a solid understanding of the product portfolio
• Assisting in lead generation and conversion strategies to identify potential customers
• Contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions
• Highlighting key product features to address customer problems effectively
• Providing comprehensive responses to customer inquiries, ensuring clear understanding of the product benefits
• Collaborating with colleagues across various departments to optimize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintaining organized contact lists and proactively following up with customers to nurture relationships
• Supporting the sales team in delivering persuasive presentations and closing sales with new and existing clients
• Assisting in the development of customized plans to meet clients’ specific needs
• Resolving escalated client inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Supporting business expansion efforts through strategic networking techniques
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
