We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented District Sales Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. As a District Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our sales efforts within the assigned district. Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, ensuring a deep knowledge to effectively represent them within the district.
• Identify and target prospective customers, employing lead generation and conversion strategies to expand our client base.
• Proactively engage with new and existing customers, conducting meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Highlight the unique features and benefits of our products, effectively illustrating how they address customer challenges.
• Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information and resolving any concerns.
• Skillfully negotiate prices and terms, preparing comprehensive sales agreements to facilitate successful transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors, fostering teamwork and cross-functional cooperation to drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture and strengthen relationships.
• Present and sell insurance policies to both new and existing clients, ensuring high sales conversion rates.
• Develop customized plans based on clients’ needs, employing analytical skills to calculate suitable options and offer valuable recommendations.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Expand our business reach through effective networking techniques, seizing opportunities to penetrate new markets.
• Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations, upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Continuously track and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance sales performance.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand the target audience’s needs, preferences, habits, interests, and other relevant factors, informing the creation of targeted marketing events.
• Analyze previous successful campaigns, extracting valuable insights to identify successful tactics and areas for improvement.
• Regularly review the progress and success of events, making necessary adjustments and presenting innovative ideas for future events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields, preferably in a sales capacity.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective remote interactions.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in multitasking, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time, remote position.

Pay: Commission Only, Estimated $89,190 – $152,800 per year, based on experience and performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay & Commission pay.
