About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join UnitingSA’s NDIS team as our Finance Officer. You will be part of a dedicated and supportive NDIS team with a very strong participant focus which embodies the NDIS core values to provide safe and quality supports to individuals with disabilities. The role is offered on a permanent part-time basis.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Manager NDIS, you will be responsible for maintaining financial, accounting and administrative services in order to meet legislative requirements and support the NDIS Team. You will be professional, detail orientated and like to see things done the right way.
About You
You will demonstrate a positive and professional “can-do” attitude, and possess excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and IT skills, with the ability to work as a member of a team or autonomously when needed. You must possess at a minimum a Certificate level qualification in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Economics or other relevant discipline and extensive experience working within NDIS services.
The successful candidate will hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and provide evidence of up to date COVID-19 vaccinations.
