About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People Experience Directorate at Uniting, you will play a crucial role in recruiting a wide range of corporate positions. We are seeking an experienced professional with a focus on proactive candidate sourcing using various methods and tools. 

Your strong stakeholder management skills will be essential as you navigate multiple hiring managers and roles with competing priorities. You’ll have proven ability to maintain equilibrium in the face of multiple roles and priorities, exhibiting maturity in managing diverse and complex recruitment assignments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage with top-tier corporate professionals through various channels.
• Strategically target passive candidates, effectively building and nurturing talent pipelines to anticipate and meet future staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
• Be open to the ideas of others and feedback, stay current with industry trends and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in recruiting for corporate positions, ideally 5 years’ or more
• Exceptional knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, to build campaigns and projects for talent pipelines
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities.
• Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) PageUp is advantageous.
• Internal recruitment experience is highly considered, but corporate agency experience is acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate emerging trends in the employment market.
• Proactive in seeking market intelligence for a competitive advantage.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the Not-for-Profit sector.
