You will be working in our modern, purpose built head office at 43 Franklin Street in a friendly, supportive team of HR professionals, You will work alongside our Aged Care Recruitment Adviser.
About the Role
This is an end to end role: from talent sourcing and attracting candidates, to interviewing and on-boarding staff across 90 programmes! If variety is your thing, then this role is for you, partnering with hiring managers to recruit the best talent and build strong networks both internally and externally. This role is responsible for:
- Job posting (using internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate)
- Assist hiring managers to process job applications and respond to queries from applicants
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Conduct referee checks
- On-board new employees
- Administering and participating in interviews and interview schedules
About you
- You will have experience in an internal or agency recruitment role where you are used to handling up to 30 roles at the same time
- Strong administrative and organisational skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task and deal with competing priorities!
