Description:
As Human Resources Officer for this city based Not for profit you will provide HR support to the city office as well as their state wide operations. It is a broad role that will utilise your excellent organisational skills and your broad HR experience.
Reporting to, and providing administrative support to, the Manager, Human Resources your key responsibilities will include recruitment and selection coordination, maintenance of personnel records, on boarding and induction. You will also be the first point of contact for the state wide organisations assisting them with all their HR queries and requirements.
You will also assist the Manager, Human Resources with policy review and development and play a role in raising the awareness of new initiatives and best practice.
You will be respected and acknowledged for your organisational skills, systems and administrative skills, your attention to detail, and your ability to meet deadlines. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills you will quickly become familiar with the organisation and its people and be committed to providing excellent customer service. Advanced IT literacy is assumed.
Whilst tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Development are required, your HR Administration experience to date and the personal attributes you will bring to this role are of equal importance.
