Role

Our client is currently looking for two Support Analysts who would be based at their Crewe office, you would be tasked with logging and processing support cases, responding to incoming enquiries, and ensuring clients receive a high-quality service.

As a support analyst it’s important you have excellent communication skills as you will be talking to clients and key business users to determine the nature of any technical issues. You will work closely with other Support analysts and will work effectively and prioritise to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate would be a Graduate from Business Management or Accounting and Finance with a good underlying knowledge of these areas.

Duties and responsibilities

To investigate, diagnose and solve clients support cases, ensuring clients receive a high-quality service.

• Logging and processing support cases
• Responding to incoming enquires
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving issues and requests for service
• Talking to clients / key business users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
• Escalating & liaising with our wider professional services staff
• Ensuring clients are kept up to date with their cases via telephone and email

Skills and experience

• Graduate from Business Management or Accounting and Finance
• IT literate
• Strong communication skills including; telephone and face to face
• Keen eye for detail
• Problem solving skills
• Work effectively and prioritise to meet deadlines
• Investigative and analytical skills
