As a Senior Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates across an array of positions supporting Optum’s Talent Acquisition team and business lines. Our Talent Sourcers are responsible for identifying and engaging passive candidates, consulting with recruitment, and hiring partners, developing, and managing talent pipelines and following current talent and market trends.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate pipelines of high quality, passive candidates by utilizing robust, creative and outside the box sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive talent
• Design top of funnel strategies for pipelining talent
• Source for passive talent with use of tactical research strategies, and use of advanced Boolean search strings
• Implement new ways to build niche talent pipelines
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive strategies and partnership with others
• Apply a data-driven approach in sharing recruitment and sourcing trends with leaders regarding candidate pipelines, sourcing strategies and market intelligence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition sourcing and recruiting experience
• Advanced Sourcing skills
• Talent Pipelining experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate sourcing experience for positions within the healthcare industry
• Experience with Taleo
• Experience with Salesforce
• Prior experience working with a UnitedHealth Group company (Optum, UHC, or UHG) in a Talent Acquisition function (Sourcing/Recruiting) as a full time employee or contractor

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
