Position Summary:

*Full Time Remote Is Not An Option!

*This is a full-time position.

*This is an in office setting

*Knowledge in the Moving Industry a plus NOT mandatory ;

*Customer Service experience a MUST

*If your willing to learn our ways and system we’re willing to train the right person.

*Transportation a must – Attendance is key.

**Cell Phone Necessary.

*Access to at home internet Necessary.

Your day to day responsibilities would include:

* When speaking to customers: Listen, acknowledge, sympathize, act.

*Basic computer skills required. Noting files in the database.

**Good problem-solving skills with customers making complaints.

* Answering incoming calls – Setting time to call back and follow up

*Clear and respectful communication skills.

*Fielding customer complaints.

*Follow up calls before/after the move.

*Resolving customer issues.

* High Volume Incoming Calls.

* Ability to multitask.

* This is a 1099 position as an independent contractor.
