Positions in this function maintain general 340B Invoice payment spreadsheets and related activities for the production of 340B payment files and reports. Performs account reconciliations and analyses, prepares 340B payment spreadsheets for upload into AP systems. Reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally – accepted accounting principles. Downloads and reconciles large amounts of data from vendor portals. Supports the tracking and implementation of new 340B vendors for AP and procurement. Researches payment issues for vendors. Involved in the monthly / quarterly ‘close’ process. Prepares documentation in support of external and internal audits.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ year(s) of experience working both in an Office / Clerical and telecommuting work environment performing data entry and downloading of documents
• 1+ year(s) of experience with Microsoft Word (ability to open and save documents), Excel (basic knowledge of formulas), and Outlook (ability to open and send emails)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Accounting / AP deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Ability to navigate in several systems to perform job duties
• Communicate timely and effectively through email and IM
• Self-starter who is able to set their own daily goals to meet deadlines
• AP experience helpful
• Experience with Salesforce, IFS, Oracle, and vendor portals helpful

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $16.00 to $26.88. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $16.83 to $29.66.
