United Response have a fantastic opportunity for a personable and dedicated Recruiter to join our talented central recruitment team within the wider HR function.

Making it happen – Your Role

Here at United Response, we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to take responsibility for the full recruitment process and talent acquisition for all internal roles inclusive of high volume, management and operational and corporate positions across the North.

As a Recruiter you will be involved in lots of activities in order to fill our internal vacancies.

• You’ll utilise our applicant tracking system, other job boards and social media platforms, to advertise vacancies and consistently drive recruitment.
• You’ll support and advise our operational teams on recruitment campaigns, attending job fairs and other recruitment events.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for anybody applying or enquiring about working for United Response
• You’ll help us actively promote our employer brand and provide effective customer service to both applicants and managers.
• You will get to proactively use various recruitment tools such as Job boards, social media and creating other innovative ways to recruit.
• You’ll be assisting in arranging interviews and providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful applicants.
• Sometimes you might travel and attend area management team meetings and other events across the North (when possible)
• You’ll be working with operational team to identify vacancy gaps are and work towards reducing and consequently agency costs.

About you

• You’ll have proven experience of both high volume and niche recruitment and have the ability to network and build strong relationships.
• We’re looking for a confident and clear communicator, you’ll be proactive, have excellent customer service skills and a friendly nature.
• You’ll have experience of working directly with applicants and managers, be capable of utilising social media and other innovative ways to help us find the best talent.
• If you have knowledge of the social care sector and of geographical recruitment issues that would be great but it’s not essential.
