An opportunity has arisen for an HR Systems Assistant to join our busy Central HR team.
The role
Following the successful implementation of our new combined HR and Payroll System, we are seeking an HR Systems Assistant to provide support to our schools. The main focus of the role will be to maintain the organisation structure within the system by setting up and closing positions as required, creating work patterns in the system to support employment changes along with supporting employees navigate the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal. Additional duties will include updating employee records with relevant information in order to support the payroll process.
You’ll join a small team providing a HR, systems and payroll help desk service, predominantly to our school-based HR teams but also directly to colleagues.
