United Energy Workers Healthcare Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Riverton, WY Full Time

We are seeking a full time recruiter, with our shared values, to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting home healthcare workers.

Responsibilities for Recruiter:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

• Perform reference checks

• Assist with onboarding and new hire processes

• Work with office managers and field leaders to discuss hiring needs

• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

• Maintain our ATS in Paycom and be willing to assist others with the ATS

• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

• Work under the direction of the Recruiting Manager

• Know the difference between sourcing independent contractors and employees

Qualifications for Recruiter:

• 2 years of recruiting experience preferred

• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable making decisions independently

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems

• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
