Full Job Description
Role: Validation Engineer
Location: New York
Job Description:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience implementing and maintaining laboratory systems.
- Working understanding of cGMP and manufacturing operations and practices
- An understanding of computer systems
validation
practices (GAMP)
- Experience with laboratory analytical software used in Quality Control
- Chrome Leon
- SoftMax Pro
- Malvern
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Experience with Log iLab and Lab Vantage is preferred
- Provide support to the QC labs for the laboratory computer systems
- Install, configure and maintain standalone laboratory systems
- Work with the Lab Automation team to interface the standalone systems with our SDMS and LIMS
- Participates in
validation
activities in conjunction with IT,
Validation
and QA related to
implementation and on-going support
- Assists in evaluation or product enhancements and capabilities, implementing upgrades as
required
- Support initial and routine upgrade system risk assessment and testing activities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
