Responsibilities Include

– Live and breathe digital marketing.

– Growing our online presence by continuously optimising our website content, building backlinks and identifying new keyword opportunities. 

– Monitoring and maintaining paid advertising channels such as Google, Meta Advertising, LinkedIn and industry platforms.

– Building and Maintaining Listings and Directories

– Effective and compelling copywriting for website pages, blogs and guest posts. 

– Email marketing

– Maintaining a WordPress website and hosting

– Manage the social media calendar

– Identify opportunities for collaboration

– Monitor comments and respond to reviews

– Collaborate with other members of the sales & marketing marketing team to form effective digital marketing strategies for online bookings, subscriptions and lead generation campaigns.

Qualifications of the Successful Candidate Include

– At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferable

– Knowledge of digital marketing technologies including Semrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Data Studio

– Knowledge of PPC platforms including Google Ad Words, Display and YouTube advertising, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

– Good track record of growing organic traffic

– Experience optimising PPC campaigns across various advertising platforms.

– Work with a sense of urgency and an incredible eye for detail

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Ability to write ad copy that converts

– Thrive on meeting and exceeding KPIs

Other Considerations

– Web Development skills

– Experience in an in-house marketing team is a plus

– Experience in other marketing activities

Hours – Full-Time Monday to Friday

Job Type – Permanent

Compensation – 750k including Super

Location – In Office, must be able to commute to Fitzroy.
