Please share your updated resume to [email protected] SWMA Software Engineer (Software Mission Assurance Software Engineer) Full Time Huntsville, AL, US Job Description : vides system / software engineering and technology innovation to Army Air and Missile Defense, Aviation, and / or MDA software solutions.

Responsible for planning the technical approach and performance of independent airworthiness evaluation of tactical aviation system software during all phases of the system / software life cycle including planning, requirements definition, architectural design, detail design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.

Provides software safety and airworthiness engineering support to DoD systems. Responsible for software systems requirements identification and development process by evaluating and assessing planning, design, development, production and operations of government-related software systems architecture.

Support technical aspects of the program including the system engineering process, program progress, analysis, and the output of the technical team.

Requirements : Must be a US Citizen. BS from an ABET accredited program in an Engineering discipline, e.g., Computer engineering or software engineering (or BS in Computer Science or related technical area) Minimum 4 years up to a maximum of 30+ years of related experience Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance Background in software development, software engineering Knowledge of the complete software / systems development process and lifecycle Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player, with demonstrated professional acumen
