This Automotive Customer Care Associate – Customer Service Rep position is full-time OR part-time and typically works during our car dealership’s hours of Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM.

You use your outstanding communication skills over the phone and through email to leave a lasting impression on every customer you interact with. As a highly organized and efficient team player, you take pride in processing vehicle orders, maintaining paperwork, and updating customer records with accuracy and attention to detail. We’re looking for a full- or part-time Automotive Customer Care Associate – Customer Service Rep that loves talking on the phone, is a great communicator and negotiator, has a great memory, and is highly attentive and organized. Is this you? If so, check to see if you meet the requirements below!

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry
