United is changing the way we approach Talent Development. This position will have a dual role as they will lead a team of Talent Development Partners to ensure that we have the capabilities and talent to implement United Next as well as be a Talent Development partner to our Corporate Teams. They will partner with HRBP’s to ensure an understanding of the capabilities required for future success, design solutions to meet business needs, and collaborate with learning to ensure that the teams have the required development needed. They will build, lead and deliver solutions that are innovative, accessible to a diverse and virtual workforce, uses existing materials & resources, is scalable for growth, globally relevant, and aligned to strategic objectives.
