You will be supporting the London region with their recruitment activity and take a leading role in our Early Careers Programme development. The Talent Acquisition team play a critical role in shaping the culture and performance of our business. They are the first line of influence on the talent that we bring into our business, and they deliver a critically important service to each function and team at Unite Students.

We are looking for a recent Graduate to join our recently established Graduate Programme. Reporting to the Talent & Early Careers Manager you will be responsible for securing the best talent across Student Experience, Houskeeping and Facilities roles in your region, as well as supporting the exciting growth of our new Early Careers Talent Programmes. You will specialise in recruitment, and support activity and projects across the People Team. You will be encouraged to continually learn and develop, and by the end of the 2 year programme you will have achieved a Level 3 HR Qualification, recognised by the CIPD.

You will be able to:

• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to consistently deliver and exceed expectations
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Lead, co-ordinate and manage assessment centres and interviews
• Manage the end to end recruitment process for your roles, including attraction, screening, offer and rejection stages, engaging with stakeholders as required
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to various project activities to support the delivery of our long term strategy
• Support the early careers recruitment cycle, including acting as a brand ambassador at careers event
