Unite People Looking for Site Agent HS2 at Banbury, Oxfordshire Full Time

Are you looking for a Site Agent role working on a long term contract on HS2?

Our client, a well respected contractor who have operated in the sector for 30+ years, are looking for a Site Agent to join their team on HS2. This is a long term scheme, minimum of 12 months.

Main Duties as a Site Agent:

Plans and oversees the site setup, ensuring that the appropriate facilities are in place prior to the project launch

Manages the relationship with the subcontractors while working on site

Takes ownership for ensuring that HSEQ protocols are adhered to on sites at all times

Maintains quality control procedures at all times

Monitors on site energy and waste data

Drives the pace of the project and plans the work in the field

Coordinates and priorities the sequence of activities on site

Manages a team of foremen and other site staff

Leads the whiteboard meetings

Ensures that all employees adhere to appropriate protocols in the event of an incident onsite.

Be able to communicate the site requirements to the commercial team and achieve the most economical reasonable solution bearing in mind commercial constraints

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering

CSCS

SMSTS

1st Aid

TWC
