Job Description

We are looking to hire a VP, Global HR Business Partnering to join our People Success leadership team and help drive the transformation and growth of the People Success team and Unit4s business.

The role will be critical to the next stage of the People Success team’s journey. Moving to a model whereby the global business leaders and their teams are supported globally and consistently with coaching, talent management, organisational effectiveness, and critical partnership whilst ensuring we support and manage local requirements of the business in each geography.

The incoming leader will have the opportunity to help reshape the team and ensure that we are structured and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a multi-geographic team of People Success leaders responsible for supporting the many countries and business areas that Unit4 operates within

Help create a global mindset within People Success of partnership with the business

Partner with the Global Centres of Excellence to define business-critical needs and programs designed to support the business

Deliver critical people success programs consistently across the organisation

Act as a coach and sounding board to senior leaders and support organisational design to drive the growth of the business

Support M&A activities as they arise

Help build talent management strategies to support the needs of the business

Help build engagement strategies to drive engagement and retention of Unit4 employees

Play a key role on the People Success Leadership team focused on growth and scale

Qualifications

10 years of experience in HR Business partnering

Experience of leading multi-country or multi-region teams

Relevant HR qualification or similar

Be excited by change and the challenge of transformation

Be a genuine people leader

Experience in the technology preferable not essential

Great sense of team spirit
