UNIS Technology, a leader in arcade games manufacturing, is growing our sales team. We are looking for a remote Sales Assistant. If you are energetic and passionate about games and enjoy working in a dynamic and fun industry, then we’ve got the job for you!

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education is a MUST!
• Sales-related experience preferred.
• Marketing-related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate and attend amusement tradeshows, open houses, and other events as needed (must be able to travel abroad)
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a B2B setting
• Support the sales team with maintaining customer accounts and assist in resolving customer issues
• Collaborate and assist other departments to complete projects
• Work with sales administrator to process POs, invoices/packing lists etc.
• Communicate with clients and our warehouse staff on games shipment logistics: prepare shipping documents, coordinate, and arrange shipping etc.
• Accurate data entry using excel and QuickBooks
• Provide support to the other teams; perform duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education required
• Sales-related experience preferred.
• Marketing-related experience preferred
• Experience working in the games/amusement industry a plus!

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong customer and office relationships
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Diligently complete tasks with attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Desire for continuous improvement and to learn and grow within the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
