Unique Homes & Lumber, Inc. is searching for a motivated individual to join our accounts payable team for its home office located in Charleston, IL. Unique Homes is a construction company providing management service to a diverse group of affiliated companies in the construction, apartment rentals, hospitality, restaurant, and operations of assisted living and memory care facilities industries.

What you will do:

• This position will be groomed to take over the payables process and department within a 1 to 1.5 years.
• Process vendor invoices for payments, which includes reviewing invoices, processing for approval and the collections of the Vendors Form W-9 P
• Process A/P / Check runs
• Assist with Preparing monthly bank reconciliations & close Process
• Assist with the filing of 1099s
• Assist with other projects and processes as assigned
