We’re looking for a Office Assistant at Uniqpol in Brantford, who will join our friendly staff for a summer position and be responsible for working closely with customers, office manager, and other counterpersons.

Requirements & abilities.

• Proven success in office coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Managing filing system.
• Recording information as needed.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
