We are developing a unique end to end Talent strategy to help drive success across the business, looking at talent attraction, talent development and talent retention.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is experienced with in-house recruitment in a fast-growing organization with experience across Ireland and UK within multiple disciplines. This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager but will also have significant impact within the overall Talent team, which includes Talent Development and Talent Management.

We value flexibility around your work so the location of this role can be based in any of our offices within UK and Ireland with the option of Hybrid working from home. As our team is globally dispersed, there will be flexibility required in order to interact with colleagues around the world on their time zones (i.e. it’s not a ‘9 to 5’ type of job). This role may also require some travel between UK and Ireland to meet hiring managers or potential candidates face to face as and when required.
