As a key Financial Support to current transformation projects across Minto and Toowoomba sites you will be driving and tracking savings delivery within the cost framework of these Projects. Combined with general support of the Food and Refreshment (F&R) Supply Chain(SC) Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Regularly meet with team on savings and cost governance
• Drive team to achieve savings vs the business case targets
• Generate Project Cost forecast
• Ensure accounting for Project costs is accurate and in line with audit requirements
• Performance manage the Project cost forecast
• Ensure monthly trackers are submitted
• Provide monthly updates to the Projects steering committee.
• Support to F&R SC Manager for Minto key projects
• Drive Minto performance in conjunction with the F&R SC Finance Manager
• Focus on consumption waste to unlock savings and ongoing efficiencies to drive down the waste numbers for Minto
• Support the F&R SCF Manager in delivering on Minto’s financial performance and control framework.
• Factory Finance Standardisation / Automation
• Standardisation, documentation and automation of key financial tasks of the factory finance team across all Australian manufacturing sites
• Review various factory reports & processes and identify opportunities for automation through the help of the data and analytics team

What skills you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in finance
• Strong understanding of finance concepts
• Experience in a multi-company environment and supply chain is an advantage
• SAP experience preferred, but not essential
• A finance degree is highly regarded
